It has come to our attention that customers using Norton Personal Firewall or Norton Internet Security may be having difficulty logging in to our site.  This is due to the default privacy settings applied when this software is installed.  Please follow the steps set out below to configure Norton to permit access. If you have any further queries please contact the software vendor.

  1. Open Norton Personal Firewall.
  2. Click on the Privacy Control link and then click the Configure button.

    http://www.filipinamatch.com
  6. In the Web Content Options menu highlight the site you added.
  7. Under the Global Settings tab uncheck the Use Default Settings Box and check the Permit box for both the Information About Your Browser and Information About Visited Sites options.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Repeat step 2 above.

Note: Certain property boxes may be appeared "greyed out". This is usually due to restrictions placed on your computer by your firm's IT department. If this is the case, you should notify your system administrator. If after completing steps one and two, you are still unable to login then you most likely need to adjust the security and/or privacy settings on your personal or corporate firewall; you should refer this matter to a system administrator.

If you are still unable to Login, please contact our Filipina Match customer support for more assistance.
